Mobile Mental Health Network Services (MMHU) is an innovative and specialized Service, run by the IHBAS, Govt. of NCT of Delhi with an aim to bridge the gap between community and mental health establishment by providing services to the homeless and homebound persons with mental illness at their doorsteps. MMHU team assesses the persons having mental health issues (both homeless & homebound) and tries to engage the persons with mental illness into treatment after maintaining legal and ethical boundaries . MMHU Services in Delhi are now available in 11 revenue districts of Delhi. Each team of MMHU is composed of a 1 medical Officer, 1 counselor, 1 nursing orderly and a driver for ambulance.
